The all-new content making its way to and this week includes the return of ‘s CIA operative Alex as a playable operator. Activision and Infinity Ward first teased the character’s return on social media earlier this week, but it’ll be great to see him back in action – with a prosthetic leg, no less.

There are also three new maps available in ‘s 6v6 multiplayer mode. First there’s Talsik Backlot, a reimagining of ‘s Backlot. Then we have Hovec Sawmill, which is described as a “sleepy farming village under peril, as its main sawmill building has caught fire”. Finally, there’s a more enclosed version of Aniyah Incursion, which you probably will have played in 10v10 or Ground War at some point.

Meanwhile, has added a new Quads mode that will give players the option to drop with a squad of four. Previously we only had the option to drop or alone or as a three, so it’ll be cool to see how having another teammate involved will impact matches.
