Collision Bandicoot Mobile Game Appears On Google Play Store
“A new kind of Crash journey including your preferred personalities,” checks out the game’s main description on the store.
You can take a look at a good 15 minutes of the game in action below, politeness of OGL Gameplays.
What’s a little complicated is exactly why the title appears to have actually appeared with little to no fanfare.
What’s a little confusing is exactly why the title appears to have appeared with little to no fanfare. And while you can clearly see it on the Google Play Store via this link, it’s not yet showing up as available on my phone, or the phones of several other Android users that I’ve urged to check. Weird, given that the video above clearly shows someone has been able to play the game.
My assumption at this stage is that has “soft” launched in select regions and won’t be available on all Android phones until a later date – at which point I imagine Activision will make a bit more of a song and dance about the whole thing. We’ll just have to keep an eye on this one.
According to the store’s description, will feature “iconic tracks” set in and around Wumpa Island. Turtle Woods, Lost City and Temple Ruins are all mentioned, and every track features hidden paths that lead to new levels, challenges, and rewards.

We can also expect classic bosses like Mutagen Ant, Scorporilla, Nitrus Brio and Dingodile to appear. Finally, it seems the game has some kind of base-building feature. We’ll be able to gather supplies during levels and head back to Coco’s base where we can “unlock key buildings to create an arsenal of weapons: serums, bombs and even rayguns”.
I’m intrigued, and would quite like to get my hands on this one to take a look for myself. If it’s already starting to appear in the wild we shouldn’t have long to wait.
