Then, it transforms out it was a bag full of money.

According to WTVR, the household car struck the bag of cash, and also when they looked a little bit extra, they found one more bag complete of dosh concerning 15 feet away.

According to the constable’s replacements, the bags complete of cash are assumed to belong to the postal solution.

What do you do in this situation? Be honest.

Well, this is exactly what happened to Emily Schantz and her family, from Caroline County, Virginia, on Saturday afternoon (16 May).

According to WTVR, the family car hit the bag of money, and when they searched a little bit more, they discovered another bag full of dosh about 15 feet away.

She told the local TV channel: “Inside of the bag, there were plastic baggies, and they were addressed with something that said ‘cash vault’.”

Unlike many of the rest of us – don’t lie, you would – she immediately called up the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office and told them what they’d found.

Emily explained that she thought that the family should ‘do the right thing and return it, because it didn’t belong to us’.

According to the sheriff’s deputies, the bags full of cash are thought to belong to the postal service.

It’s a good job they found them and handed them in, because they would have come looking for that.

According to the same publication, we can’t be exactly sure how the bags ended up sitting in the middle of the road, or just by the side of the road.

However, the coppers have launched a full investigation, and they actually believe that the cash was destined for the bank before it made a mysterious bid for freedom.

Because the kids were in the car with them, this is a great example for the Schantz family to be setting to them. Major Scott Moser, who visited the selfless family on Monday, said: “For someone so honest and willing to give that almost $1 million back, it’s exceptional on their part.

“Their two sons were there, so I put the lights on for them, but we are proud and they represented this county well by being so honest.”
