Jordan asked him to create the scaffold health club at first, yet Marc has provided his know-how and equipment to produce something rather exceptional.

So, with that in mind, after the initial four weeks have elapsed, it’s just ₤ 20 ($ 24.50) per week to maintain the scaffold health club outside the back of your residence.

As for Jordan, he told us: “The health club is wonderful during this tough time, I use it twice a day!

He told TheRedNow: “I do know Jordan a bit, but he just called me up and asked me if I could do it, and I did.

“Then, once I’d started to build it I got the buzz for it and made it into what it is.”

What it is, exactly, is a full workout centre that covers nearly every aspect of fitness, built entirely out of scaffolding material in Jordan’s back garden.

He continued: “It’s all just my scaffolding material, with the exception of the car tyres. I’ve used scaffolding tubes and fitting, a rope and a wheel, but other than the car tyres it’s all scaffolding.”

So, if you’re in the Essex or London area and fancy getting a similar set-up in your garden for the duration of this lockdown – which has actually been great for garden-based exercising due to the decent weather – you know the man to get in touch with.

Marc is charging £400 ($491) plus VAT for the installation and the rent of his scaffolding equipment, that gets you four weeks of working out.

Obviously, Marc ensured that he maintained the government’s standards of social distancing and protection while he installed the gym.

However, judging by the announcement the other day, you might need a little bit longer than that. Marc continued: “The idea was that everything would be over [with regards to the lockdown] by the time the four weeks was up, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.”

So, with that in mind, after the initial four weeks have elapsed, it’s just £20 ($24.50) per week to keep the scaffold gym outside the back of your house.

As for Jordan, he told us: “The gym is fantastic during this difficult time, I use it twice a day!

“It’s got a incline bench that can be used as a flat bench, a dip bar, squat rack, pull up bar, and tricep cable pull-down machine.

“It’s lovely to be outside in this weather”

He continued: “It’s not quite my current gym – Ripped Gym in Basildon – which was voted best in the country, but this gym is definitely the nuts!”

“It’s great. I never expected to be able to work out this well at home until I thought of the idea of getting a scaffolder to make me a gym.”

Since the initial build went viral, Marc’s actually had some other offers, too.

He explained: “I’ve got another one this week, but it’s not as big [as the one he built for Jordan]. Just a squat rack, a dip bar, and some leg equipment.”

Before that, though, Marc has another plan up his sleeve.

He’s building a castle in his back garden for his two daughters to play in while they’re at home. It’s not quite finished yet, but if you have a look at the pictures, it looks like they’re going to have a lot of fun up there when it is.

Fair play, we’ve all got to get a bit creative during these difficult times.

That counts double if you’re someone who loves to go to the gym, or someone who needs to find a bit of work to do while this crisis rumbles on.
