Florida Man Claimed Guns Found In Car Belonged To His Cousin … '& #x 27; John Wick & #x 27;

Getro Gelin, 27, from Port St. Lucie, was faced by cops on Sunday (26 April) who asked for consent to browse his Porsche SUV.

When they asked concerning their explorations, Gelin is asserted to have replied that ‘he had actually marketed the Porsche to his relative John Wick’.

“Deputy Loupe asked Gelin why the tools were located in the Porsche SUV that belonged to him.

Gelin did later explain that he was lying and added that he ‘would not reveal his cousin’s name’.

Police were initially made aware of Gelin when a woman reported a domestic violence incident, claiming that a man shoved her to the ground and threatened her with a firearm.

She accused Gelin of being this man and believed that he might have stashed the weapon inside his vehicle.

The New York Post reports that Gelin was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery and is being held in the county jail in lieu of $3,500 bond.

The police report, obtained by The Smoking Gun, stated: “Deputy Deblieck ran the VIN number to the vehicle, which revealed the vehicle belonged to Getro Gelin. Gelin wa again asked for consent to search the Porsche SUV, which he consented.

“Inside the rear compartment of the Grey Porsche SUV, Deputy Paterson located a Black Glock 21, a black semi-automatic rifle and a Kevlar Vest.

“Deputy Loupe asked Gelin why the weapons were found in the Porsche SUV that belonged to him. Gelin replied he had sold the Porsche to his cousin John Wick. Gelin stated he lied about the name, but that he would not reveal his cousin’s name.”
