Feel like exploring an open world but would rather learn than engage in brutal combat? Ubisoft has you covered. The excellent – and educational – Discovery Tour modes from and are entirely free to download via Uplay. These modes are an incredible way to explore the open worlds of Ancient Egypt and Greece, learning about landmarks, monuments, and people as you go. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone struggling to keep their kids educated and entertained in these trying times.

Meanwhile, Steam is offering the unusual stealth-horror title for free. It’s weird, disturbing, and has an aesthetic that I absolutely adore. You might as well check it for yourself while it’s free, right?
