Morrisons Is Selling A Bottle Of Premium Prosecco And Pizza For £5
BY THEREDNOW STAFF
Lockdown might be easing in the UK, but with no date set for bars and restaurants to reopen we might as well continue to treat ourselves as much as we can at home.
Its even better if you can manage to do it on a budget – meaning you can save the pennies for the pub trips yet to come (one day…!).
Luckily, Morrisons is here to help with that. The supermarket is offering online customers a premium pizza and bottle of Prosecco for just £5.
Yep, a fiver.
Morrisons reckons this deal – which is running until 28 June – will save people £6.50. Did someone say winner winner, pizza and prosecco dinner?
There might only be one bottle of fizz available to choose from but there are eight pizza varieties: ham, mushroom and mascarpone, meat feast, pesto, Italian meats, chicken and pesto, chargrilled vegetables, hoisin pork and Sri Lankan chicken.
Just to reiterate, thats an online deal – its not available in stores. So whatever you do, dont rock up to your nearest Morrisons and tell em we sent you to demand the offer.
This isnt the only deal that the supermarket has on at the moment. Theres also a steak, chips and wine offer for £10.
This allows people to buy two sirloin steaks (£7), chunky chips (£2.50) and a bottle of Marques de los Rios Rioja Reserva (£8.75), meaning that customers will be saving £8.25 – result.
With Fathers Day around the corner it might be worth investing in one of these deals… to drop off at the door (unless of course you live with your old man).
Alternatively, Iceland has released a selection of tasty treats that will soon hit the shelves – or, more accurately, freezers – which will include the Big Daddy cheeseburger for just £3.
As well as that, you can get hold of a few other products from the Big Daddy range. Theres a sirloin steak, as well as a rump steak.
The sirloin steak comes in at just £5, which aint bad, either. If youre looking for the rump, thats also a fiver.
As for when and where you can buy these delicious presents for your dear old man, theyll be available both online and in Iceland stores as of right now.
In case youre not sure where your local Iceland store is, you can head across to the frozen food chains website and use its incredibly useful store locator to plot your journey.
The Big Daddy burger – potentially the centrepiece of the Fathers Day feast – features two giant patties, capped off with a gooey cheese centre.
Alongside that, you can get hold of some of Icelands hash brown fries, which are £1.50, and a large Warburtons sliced roll for an extra quid.
