“Lyza will always do whatever is necessary to get better and she enjoys it.
“She fell in love with working out when she started coming to my fitness classes last summer and she has drastically improved in such a short amount of time.
“She aims to be the best gymnast she can possibly be, nothing will get in her way.”
But while some claim that her workout routines might be a little excessive, Jill assures people that its all down to Lyzas determination and that she has never pushed her.

“But I assure you, we have nothing to do with this – I have four kids and Lyza begs to workout.
“I am so proud of her and I cant wait for her to achieve her dreams and become an elite gymnast.”
But Lyza isnt the only young athlete to be wowing people with her abilities.
Just last month, skating prodigy Gui Khury, from Brazil, shocked the world when he performed a 1080 spin on a vert ramp – breaking a record set by skateboard legend Tony Hawk 21 years ago.
The incredible feat was posted on the 11-year-olds Instagram account by his parents.
Its been more than two decades since legend Hawk performed the fabled 900, the very first by a pro skater.
Hawk was 31 when he landed the trick after 10 failed attempts at the 1999 X Games, more than nine years before Gui was even born. Not even a twinkle in his dads eye.
