To be fair, it’s arguably much less awkward than the orange hands you see on some, that look like they’ve been delving in clay or something; at the very least Sharna was trying to look daft.

To be fair to her though, she’s far from the very first individual to offer themselves an unwise brand-new image influenced by seclusion routine; after all, there’s never been a better time to look s ** t.

Self-administering hairstyles has actually been a particularly prominent but dangerous brand-new leisure activity for individuals in quarantine.

“I am very happy with the outcome and can say I’m still struggling to get if off. I was very shocked by how dark it was.”

To be fair, it’s arguably less embarrassing than the orange hands you see on some, who look like they’ve been burrowing in clay or something; at least Sharna was trying to look daft.

You can follow her and her boredom-induced shenanigans on her TikTok and Instagram accounts.

To be fair to her though, she’s far from the first person to give themselves an inadvisable new image inspired by isolation tedium; after all, there’s never been a better time to look s**t.

Self-administering haircuts has been a particularly popular but dangerous new hobby for people in quarantine. However, if you fancy a trim and don’t want the results to be disastrous then there is a solution – a fundraising solution no less.

Two mates and business partners from London have created ‘Lockdown Haircut’, which enables you to book a 20-minute remote appointment with a barber who will talk you through the process of giving yourself the hairstyle of your choice. Alternatively, you can let your lockdown buddy take control of the clippers, safe in the knowledge you’re in the hands of your remote barber (sort of).

To get involved, all you need is WiFi, a webcam, a comb, clippers and £15 ($18.75). A fiver from your fee will go towards covering costs and VAT, while £7.50 ($9.38) will go to the barber and £2.50 ($3.13) will be donated to NHS Charities Together. The service also operates a salary sacrifice scheme, which gives the independent barbers the choice to donate all or some of their fee to the NHS too.

So you don’t have to look like a t**t if you don’t want to.
